Ricky Martin is the latest Hollywood star to guest on GLEE. He is playing the Hot Spanish teacher. He started filming his cameo on Thursday. Martin tweeted “First day!! 
)” along with an on-set pic, surrounded by his co-stars:

One cast member has worked with Martin before. Lea Michelle tweeted “I’ve known Ricky since I’m 8 years old! He was in Les Mis on Broadway with me in 1996! Crazy huh?!”
It looks like Martin is fitting in well, Michelle also tweeted “So much fun on set with Ricky!” and “He’s seriously the sweetest and such a great fit for our show!” Michelle also tweeted a photo:

Apparently Martin will perform two songs during his episode. Not much more information has been released about his cameo but I’m sure he’ll be busting some sexy moves and will be making all of his students, and fellow teachers, swoon!
Martin’s post GLEE role will be playing Che in the Broadway show Evita (the role Antonio Banderas played in the 1996 movie version), in April.

I’ve interviewed the likes of Robert Pattinson, Ryan Reynolds, Daniel Craig, Uma Thurman, Colin Farrell, Cameron Diaz, and U2, to name but a few. One of my favourite interviews for We Love Movies was the one where I ended up sitting on Ashton Kutcher’s lap! Interviewing Sylvester Stallone would be a dream come true for me.
I also appear regularly on Plan B to talk movies with Michelle Beatty as well as regularly contribute to Moncrieff’s Movies and Booze segment on Newstalk 106-108. I co-presented channel 6’s (now 3e) movie show Take Six and have appeared on Ireland AM's Movie & I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here segments.
