Ryan Moloney is one of the longest serving cast members on Neighbours. He has grown up on the show, playing one of the show’s most popular characters, Jarrod “Toadfish” Rebecchi. Ryan made his first appearance on the show as a 16 year old in 1995.
When I was in Melbourne, I had the pleasure of catching up with Ryan. He talked about his first day on set, his most memorable and embarrassing moments, if he’s ever going to leave the show, wild nights, what’s in store for Toady, his admiration for his co-star Eve Morey (Sonya), and why he’d like to play Paul Robinson, amongst other things.

A lot has happened to Toady over the years, below are 3 of his big life changing moments.
Getting The Chop
For many years Toady was known for his ponytail, the day it was cut was a very big deal. Lou Carpenter had the pleasure of chopping it off!
Until Death Do We Part
When Toady married Dee it was both the happiest and saddest day of his life (fan video):
The Hero Gets Shot
Guy Sykes was holding some of the residents of Ramsay Street hostage, Toady tried to save the day and ended up getting shot:

I had to include this one, just because Ryan mentioned that the wrestling storyline is his favourite (unfortunately I couldn’t find the fight, but here he is in costume as LawMan. Toady and Conor dressed as wrestlers to advertise the bikini store – as you do!)
That’s Entertainment!
